About our Coffee…
We are proud to offer some of the best coffee available. All of our coffees are super fresh, usually roasted the week we get them from our distributor, Café Moto. Café Moto, located in Downtown San Diego, is a family owned & operated business that encourages sustainability, by fostering beneficial relationships among farmers and their customers. Through Café Moto we purchase only organic and Fair Trade products, promoting a healthy environment, fair wages, & permitting relationships to pass on to future generations. Our coffees are certified organic (grown without pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers) and fair trade certified, which basically means that the small scale farmers that grow the coffee get a fair price for their product.
Cosmos House Coffees
- Eclipse – Dark roast; This coffee is a blend of five different beans from around the world. It is clean, bright, well balanced, and certified organic.
- Twilight – Medium/Light roast; This coffee is Peruvian. It is sparkling, clean and sweet, and also certified organic.
- Decaf Cascadia – This coffee is Swiss water processed, not chemically processed, and it is certified organic.
- Flavor of the Day – The flavor changes about every week or two. It is always fair trade certified.
- Galaxy Espresso – Our signature espresso beans, certified organic.
- Decaf Espresso – Our signature espresso beans, also certified organic.
*We also use milk from cows that are not treated with the hormone RBST for our espresso drinks.
