“Buy Local” isn’t just a slogan for Cosmos, most, if not all of its vendors, are local San Diego businesses. Café Moto roasts Cosmos’ organic beans in down town San Diego while Bread & Cie bakes Cosmos’ bread. It’s these local relationships that allow small companies to compete in tough economic times. Cosmos also continues to “Be Green” when ever possible by reducing any unnecessary waste. All of our “dine-in” guests use ceramic mugs for coffee drinks and washable dishware for food items.
